Activity
Along East Hillcrest Drive, crews are advancing pipeline installation between North Conejo School Road and Erbes Road, continuing potholing and pipe installation work as they move toward Erbes Road. Steel plates may be placed over excavated areas when crews are not actively working.
Along West Hillcrest Drive between Lynn Road and McCloud Avenue, crews will finish pipeline installation and temporary paving on the current segment, then begin asphalt removal, excavation, and pipeline installation on the next segment as work continues toward North Moorpark Road.
Crews will also continue potholing along Agoura Road, Hampshire Road, Willow Lane, and North Conejo School Road as part of ongoing utility-identification work ahead of pipeline installation in that corridor.
Traffic Impacts
Motorists should expect temporary lane closures, lane shifts, turn restrictions, flagging operations, and minor traffic delays in active work zones. Access to nearby properties, businesses, driveways, and local streets will be maintained wherever possible.
