Traffic Impacts
Residents, businesses, drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians may experience temporary lane closures, lane shifts, turn restrictions, flagging operations, and minor traffic delays.
Traffic control signs, cones, and flaggers may be used to help keep crews and the public safe. Access to nearby properties, businesses, driveways, and local streets will be maintained wherever possible.
Activity
Crews will perform potholing, pavement removal, excavation, and pipeline and equipment installation. Work will progress in sections and will also include steel plate placement and temporary paving.
North Conejo School Road and East Hillcrest Drive
Construction activity continues along North Conejo School Road and East Hillcrest Drive. Crews will continue potholing, asphalt sawcutting, excavation, pipeline installation, and paving operations.
Minor construction impacts, including noise, dust, lane closures, and traffic control, will occur during daytime hours. Temporary steel plating will also be installed during nighttime hours to maintain access through the area.
